Ultimately, profits are the goal. Draft cocktails allow operators to do this, whether you're a cocktail bar, a hotel, or even a chain restaurant. Even "beer and shot bars" can quickly serve one good cocktail.
The idea of draft cocktails conjures many questions - What's the best way to prevent separation? Can draft cocktails accommodate both stirred and shaken beverages? Can they handle high PH levels? Do draft cocktails need to be carbonated?
The days of shaking kegs before each shift, using an inadequate paddle wheel inside the keg, or rigging a makeshift system are over. The Tobin Ellis Signature Draft Cocktail System allows you to easily retrofit your bar to expertly handle cocktails on tap.
A Mexican restaurant now has the ability to serve Margaritas on draft. A neighborhood pub can batch an award-winning cocktail recipe for faster service. A night club can serve Moscow Mules on tap. And everybody makes more money.
The possibilities are endless with serving better drinks faster. You just need a draft system designed specifically for cocktails.
The idea of faster, high-quality cocktails of any type made more consistently no matter who's pouring them is no longer something you have to imagine. It's here now..

The reality is cocktail batching has been part of the bartending landscape for decades.
Serving batched cocktails on draft is the next evolution of this concept, and when done right, it provides consistency, speed, and ultimately, profit.
What's on draft? The answer will never be the same.
Instead of having a static video appear in this section, we actually spoofed a video element to get even more control over the look and feel of the video. When you click on the hotspot it is showing a new layer group.
When done right, draft cocktails provide consistency from drink to drink, bartender to bartender. Even new staff members without the level of experience or training will serve the same drink.
Historically, if you wanted cocktails on tap, you likely needed equipment from home brewing stores and special lines that could handle the higher acidity of cocktails. Then you needed someone who knew how to put these parts together. Not anymore. The new Draft Cocktail System from Perlick is the first product line extension of the popular Tobin Ellis Signature Cocktail Station. Here's what people are saying about it:
DRAFT COCKTAIL ESSENTIALS
Use an increasing animation delay to create a waterfall animation effect.
The delay for these particular images increases by .1 second increments.
We created this beautiful chart object using a combination of shapes created in Ceros and assets inported from Photoshop.
We also used a cascading animation sequence to give this chart a bit of extra flair.
What did we do? We created a draft cocktail system based on recirculation that pulls liquids from the bottom of the keg, through a filtered pump and back into the keg, instead of just spinning it around in circles. The result is a turnkey draft cocktail solution that is easy to get up and running while providing consistent, high-quality cocktails.
It's also fully customizable. You can dial in PSI, the type of gas, the amount of agitation, and the bloom temperature based on the creative recipes you develop. A programmable timer allows for scheduled mixing and precise control, which extends the life of the pump, reduces energy consumption, and creates ideal conditions to bring your recipes to life.
The Ability to Make It Happen
A beautifully laid out landing page template with some great interactive elements and sticky navigation. We've also created a nicely animated chart graphic that can be easily copied to other experiences.

Draft cocktails allow bartenders to serve more customers in shorter periods of time, and that's exactly what they want to hear. If you can pour a beer, you can pour a cocktail. And customers will love the service.

"I have never once met a bar owner who looks down on ways to improve profitability while maintaining quality."
Brew pubs have sampled out beer to indecisive customers for years, and now the same can be done with cocktails. Even better, instead of a beer flight, how about a flight of the house concoctions?
